Website Maintenance
A website is not a one-time purchase. My monthly plans keep your site online, secure, and up to date, with response times in writing.
What every plan includes
- Managed hosting and an SSL certificate, so your site loads securely
- Automatic backups, so nothing is ever truly lost
- Security updates applied as they are needed
- Uptime monitoring, so I usually know about a problem before you do
- Change hours each month for edits, new photos, price updates, and small additions
- A monthly report in plain language: what happened, what changed, what is next
The plans
Plans start at $49 a month.
- Care, $49 a month. The essentials: hosting, SSL, backups, security, monitoring, a monthly change allowance, and the report.
- Growth, $99 a month. Everything in Care with more change hours, for businesses that update content often.
- Partner, $199 a month. The most change hours plus queue priority, for businesses where the website is a main source of customers.
Service level agreement
These are written commitments, not intentions:
- First response to any request within 24 business hours
- Critical incident resolution within 48 hours
- Minor change requests completed within the billing month
- Monthly report delivered within the first 5 days of the month
A critical incident means one of four things: the site is inaccessible, forms are not sending, there is an SSL certificate error, or data has been lost. Everything else is a standard request. Business hours are Monday to Friday. Partner plan clients get queue priority within those same deadlines.
Why this matters
The ten sites I have built since 2021 are all under active maintenance today. When a form quietly stops sending, most owners find out weeks later, after the missed leads. Monitoring plus a real person who responds within a business day turns a bad month into a bad hour.
Who this is for
Any business that loses money when the site goes down or the form goes silent. If I built your site, a plan keeps it healthy. If someone else built it, we start with a quick review and go from there. All of this work happens remotely, so it makes no difference whether your business is in Tampa Bay, elsewhere in Florida, or in another state.
