Who runs this site
rogerdeoca.com is operated by Roger de Oca through DEOCAS LLC, a service-area business in Tampa, Florida serving Tampa Bay and remote clients across the United States. This policy is written for a US audience.
What the site collects
- Project intake form: the business information and contact details you share when requesting a quote, such as your name, email, company, and a description of your project.
- Direct contact: emails and messages you send are kept as part of our conversation.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages people visit, how they arrive, and how the site performs. These tools use cookies and collect usage data in aggregate form. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. During checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies and handles your payment information entirely on its own systems. Card data never touches this site.
Who data is shared with
Data is shared only with the services required to operate the business:
- Resend, which delivers transactional email
- An automation webhook (n8n), which routes new leads for follow-up
- Stripe, which processes payments
- Google, which provides analytics
That is the full list. Personal data is never sold to anyone, for any purpose.
How long data is kept
Intake and contact information is kept while it remains relevant to the business relationship, for example while a project is active or a conversation is ongoing. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
You can also request deletion at any time. Send an email to contact@deocas.us and your data will be removed.
